CHALLENGE

With addition of new flight of Aerosvit Ukrainian Airlines to Toronto the airline needed to ensure that the new flight's capacity is fully utilized.
The challenge was to fullfil this requirement during slower summer season, additional empty capacity on most carriers and extra low rates on the market.

SOLUTION

  • Effective advertising and marketing campaign to bring to the customers attention new capacity of the airline. This included e-mail, Direct mail & sales calls
  • Follow ups visits and discussions with major clients to select market places that airline covers.
  • Identification of potential destinations and cargo to match Aerosvit's network.
  • Work with clients to ensure that cargo is configured to fit on Boeing 737 aircrafts that airline utilizes on inter-European and Middle Eastern flights.

RESULT

Aerosvit Ukrainian Airlines is fully using all cargo capacity on flights from Canada. Revenues are up and load factor is maximized
